Amerec’s Limited Lifetime residential warranty provides peace-of-mind protection for the homeowner. Amerec products are engineered to deliver years of reliable operation and we back them with the most complete warranty in the industry.
All component parts, including controls and accessories, are covered for five (5) years from the date of installation and we provide in-home labor for up to two (2) years from the date of installation for products installed in residential applications. In-home warranty service is provided by a network of authorized repair agents throughout the U.S. and Canada.
After the initial two (2) year period, Amerec offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on parts for all residential steam generators (excluding controls and accessories). Amerec will repair the generator free of charge after it has been returned to Amerec’s factory. |
